1/2 Rack of smoked large baby back ribs with 2 sides  roo n butter $27.00

whole rack of ribs with 2 sides  roll n butter $32.00

whole rack of ribs ONLY 27.00

Smoked Brisket 5 oz or 10 oz with either BBQ or Smoked Brown Gravy $27.00/$32.00

Smoked Trout with capers, onions and homemade horseradish sauce $15.00

Pulled Pork Sandwich  or  make it a Dinner 

Various Sides

Can order large amounts for parties But must order ahead so we can smoke them.

It takes between 8 and 12 hours to smoke and the wood we use is Apple Wood and Cherry.

Can order by themselve or with sides. 

Sides: Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Potatoes, Rice Pilaf, Summer Slaw, Cole Slaw, Salads, to name a few.
